Rosenberg Vendôme manufactures industrial centrifugal and axial fans for a wide range of industries. It designs and markets its fans under the two brand names ECOFIT and ETRI, and exports over 80% of its sales.
Our human-scale company employs 160 people. Our production site covers a wide range of professions: sales, research and development, purchasing, methods, quality, maintenance, logistics, accounting, human resources and various production positions. This diversity creates a dynamic and creative environment.
We attach great importance to the training of all our employees, especially our production operators, so that they are flexible enough to adapt to the variety of jobs in our workshop: winding, wiring, machining, balancing, assembly, inspection, etc. Regular training of our staff contributes to their professional fulfillment, while ensuring that our practices evolve to satisfy our customers.
We are committed to promoting the well-being and comfort of our employees. Our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department has implemented a policy of continuous improvement. It detects and analyzes the risks associated with each workstation on a daily basis. It implements solutions to counter these risks and improve working conditions for our employees, whether in the workshop or in the offices.
