As part of the development of our business, we are looking for our future MECHANICAL ENGINEER (M/F).

The main mission is to design the mechanical part of products combining electronic, magnetic and aeraulic functions. He/she will also be responsible for project management (expression of customer needs, design, production and testing).
In this role, you will be responsible for :

• developing and designing mechanical products/components, possibly with the help of simulation software, taking into account magnetic, electronic and airflow constraints
• study product feasibility
• define and implement test and trial protocols
• manage business (with SQCD objectives)
• keep abreast of technological developments in our business and products.

Profile required:

• With a degree in mechanical engineering or a BTS/ DUT with experience, you have knowledge of mechanical design, materials and manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal work, plastic injection, assembly).
• You are a self-starter, rigorous and curious, and you enjoy proposing and developing innovative solutions tailored to your customers' needs.
• You have good interpersonal skills and know how to work in a multidisciplinary team (electronics engineer, airflow engineer, sales team, laboratory, industrialization, methods, product management and purchasing).
• Your ability to analyze and synthesize information will be key assets in successfully completing the tasks assigned to you. 
• Mastery of solidworks, 2D and 3D and ISO GPS is essential for this mission. Knowledge of FMEA tools, PDM and operational English would be a plus (in particular to facilitate exchanges with the group in Germany).

As part of the development of our business, we are looking for our future industrialization pilot.

Working within the R&D / Industrialization Department, you will be responsible for :

• the industrialization of new product ranges, from creation to modification in series production
• management of customer-specific product files
• modification requests from production, supply chain or quality departments
• analyze technical solutions for manufacturing process modifications or the installation of new industrial resources.

You provide technical support and manage the industrialization team, which is responsible for all technical data (technical database, ERP (items, ranges, parts lists) and drawings).
You will give concrete expression to the work of our sales teams and lead all the company's technical product studies, with a focus on standardizing parts lists and processes.

Your profile

• Rigorous and autonomous, you are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to communicate well with all departments
• You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry
• You can work with the Office pack (Excel) and are familiar with the use of an ERP system.

Permanent contract in Vendôme, with RTT.
