As part of the development of our business, we are looking for our future TEST PLATFORM TECHNICIAN (M/F).
The main mission is to prepare and carry out all the necessary tests (aerodynamics, acoustics, thermal, etc.) to meet the specific requirements of our customers and to develop new product ranges.
In this role, your activities will consist of:
- Preparing equipment and performing characterization and validation tests,
- Verifying and analyzing measurements,
- Writing reports,
- Performing the tests required for product certification files during development and technical monitoring during series production,
- Validating the software parameters of our products through testing to meet customer expectations.
The testing platform is at the heart of our business and our expertise. In this role, you will participate in the development of the motors and motor fans of tomorrow and be a source of new ideas by providing technical solutions.
Required profile:
You have a BTS or DUT degree in a technical field, such as physical measurements or electrical engineering. Ideally, you have knowledge of electrical engineering and fluid mechanics.
Beginners accepted.
You are rigorous and recognized for the quality of your work and the reliability of your results. You are proactive. With good interpersonal skills, you will be required to liaise with our technical sales team, our customers, the research and development department, and production.
Your analytical and synthesis skills will be key assets in carrying out the tasks assigned to you.
Fluency in operational English would be an advantage, particularly to facilitate your understanding of European and American certifications.

Specialized in the design, manufacture and marketing of high value-added technical value-added technical sub-assemblies, our company is continuing to grow and strengthen its organization. In this context, we are recruiting our future Operations Manager, who will steer and coordinate all of the company's industrial activities, in line with the Group's values and strategy.
Your mission
Reporting to the CEO of Rosenberg Vendôme and a member of the Management Committee, you will play a central role in the site's industrial performance. Your main responsibilities are to
- Implement the product development strategy defined by the Group;
- Implement industrial policy in line with strategic orientations;
- Structure, optimize and develop industrial processes;
- Efficiently plan and coordinate resources (human, technical, financial);
- Draw up investment proposals for production facilities and justify their relevance;
- Monitor and report on key industrial performance indicators;
- Manage progress plans and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Provide local leadership, assist managers with change management and support skills development of teams;
- Promote the appropriation of industrial management tools and guarantee their effectiveness;
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of coats, quality and deadlines.
You will directly supervise the following departments: R&D/BE, production, logistics & purchasing, QHSE, maintenance, methods.
Profile required
Education
Graduate of a general engineering school with a specialization in mechanics, electricity or electronics.
Experience & skills
- Significant experience in the management of industrial units, ideally in an SME/SMI environment;
- Knowledge of the electric motor sector would be an asset;
- Proven ability to manage projects, structure teams and support change;
- Natural leadership, organizational skills, rigor and decisiveness;
- Strong ability to take a step back while remaining grounded in the operational side of the business;
- Fluency in English essential in an international context.
Development prospects
After a minimum of two years in the position and convincing results, you will be able to progress within the Group and join the Board of Directors as COO.

Your mission will be to define, optimize, and ensure the reliability of manufacturing processes in order to guarantee efficient industrial production. You will be involved upstream and in support of production to ensure the successful launch of new products and modifications to products or processes.
In this role, your activities will include:
• Product industrialization
• Participating in the industrialization of new products or modifications to existing products
• Defining manufacturing ranges, methods, and operating times
• Assessing product industrial feasibility
• Contributing to the choice of production resources (tools, equipment, processes)
• Participating in the selection, validation, and commissioning of new equipment or industrial investments
• Acting as the technical interface between the Design Office, Production, Purchasing, and Quality
• Methods and continuous improvement
• Optimize manufacturing processes (time, costs, ergonomics, quality) and flows
• Write and update technical documentation (ranges, instruction sheets, control plans)
• Analyze production malfunctions and propose corrective actions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) and contribute to ergonomics
• Production support
• Provide technical support to production teams
• Contribute to training operators in new processes or changes in methods
• Participate in testing, pre-production runs, production start-ups, and ramp-ups
Your profile
You are an experienced technician with solid experience in industrialization and methods in an industrial environment.
You are proficient in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement tools (Lean), and the use of ERP. Knowledge of English is an additional asset.
Beyond your technical skills, this position requires rigor and autonomy, as well as good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. You have good analytical skills and are highly responsive in order to effectively manage unforeseen events.
