As part of the development of our business, we are looking for our future industrialization pilot.
Working within the R&D / Industrialization Department, you will be responsible for :
- the industrialization of new product ranges, from creation to modification in series production
- management of customer-specific product files
- modification requests from production, supply chain or quality departments
- analyze technical solutions for manufacturing process modifications or the installation of new industrial resources.
You provide technical support and manage the industrialization team, which is responsible for all technical data (technical database, ERP (items, ranges, parts lists) and drawings).
You will give concrete expression to the work of our sales teams and lead all the company's technical product studies, with a focus on standardizing parts lists and processes.
Your profile
- Rigorous and autonomous, you are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to communicate well with all departments
- You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry
- You can work with the Office pack (Excel) and are familiar with the use of an ERP system.

To complete our existing team and support the start-up of our robotized line, we are looking for a production team manager M/F.
Working in the production workshop, you will be primarily responsible for supervising your teams (communication, management) and organizing the activity of your sector.
As such, your activities consist of :
- Managing, supervising and leading teams (motivation, interviews, vacations, training, etc.)
- Supervise and coordinate production activities
- Manage and monitor production indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the production line, and in particular carry out analyses (QRQC...) to guarantee the performance of your sector on various aspects (Safety, Quality, Deadlines and Costs).
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee production on your sector.
- Identify, diagnose, resolve or report breakdowns.
- Integrate new arrivals
- Guarantee the supply of the sector
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out
- Provide replacements for technicians as needed in the sector
- Know production equipment setting techniques
- Ensure ERP entries
Profile required:
You have at least 2 years' equivalent industrial experience in team management in a production environment. You have a real aptitude for management, human relations and continuous improvement. Your knowledge of mechanics and robotics will be a key asset in carrying out the tasks assigned to you. You are comfortable using the pack office and ERP.
You will demonstrate leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, rigor and good analytical skills.
Open-ended contract, based in VENDOME, 2x8 working hours, workshop open Monday to Friday.
Remuneration to be defined according to profile
Your main responsibilities will be to prepare, organize and control the activities of robotized line installations (winding, injection, control station, robots) and to operate this line with a team of 2 operators.
As such, your activities consist of :
- Prepare production: assemble tooling (mold change / winding), select and launch production program.
- Operate line equipment (changeover, set-up and ensure smooth running of equipment),
- Organize line activity (machines and operators)
- Supply the production lines with components and materials,
- Ensure production of parts
- Modify line equipment parameters
- Determine plastic materials and place in oven,
- Prepare, change and purge raw materials on injection molding machines.
- Fill in dashboards and indicators for his/her sector
- Participate in actions aimed at improving production,
- Train operators
- Maintain and repair equipment and molds
Profile required:
You have at least 2 years' equivalent industrial experience, or you have a background in plastics processing or robotics. Your knowledge of plastic injection molding, mechanics and robotics will be key assets in carrying out the tasks entrusted to you. You are efficient and responsive, with good organizational and interpersonal skills.

The mission
Working in the industrial design office, the incumbent is mainly responsible for formatting fine products (general and detailed drawings), updating the product database and ERP.
Main tasks
- Creation of assemblies and sub-assemblies produced in 2D/3D,
- Edition of sub-assembly drawings for manufacturing,
- Database updates,
- Creation of routings and bills of materials in an ERP system.
Skills and training
- Thoroughness and adherence to deadlines will be expected of you in this position,
- Reactivity, dynamism and team spirit will be assets to successfully carry out the proposed tasks.
- Knowledge of CAD software is a must (ideally Solidworks).
- Knowledge of machining / lathe work / aluminum or plastic castings.
- Technician profile with experience in design and/or industrialization
- Good knowledge of range / bill of materials structuring.

In order to pursue our growth, we are looking for a Quality Manager M/F Reporting to the C.O.O. (Chief Operating Officer).
You will be responsible for implementing the company's quality policy in accordance with the standards applied by the company and the requirements of our customers.
As such, you will
- You guarantee the conformity of products manufactured, purchased and delivered in all phases of the product's life cycle, in liaison with all company departments, customers, subcontractors and suppliers,
- You manage after-sales service, metrology, supplier and internal quality with a team of 5 people,
- You are a driving force in problem-solving management (8D, QRQC, 5 P...), are able to coach all players from different professions in these methodologies and ensure the progress of all QRQCs on the site.
- You manage the Quality system.
- Together with the management team, you will define the strategic areas for continuous improvement, and strive for excellence in our day-to-day actions, giving priority to the Customer-Supplier relationship.
- With higher education in electromechanics or quality, you have proven experience in a similar position. You are familiar with ISO standards and have a curiosity for technical matters...
- You are a good trainer, you know how to lead, mobilize, decide, support and energize teams.
- You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
