ECOFIT and ETRI blowers

Rosenberg Vendôme designs and markets the ECOFIT and ETRI brands of industrial fans. The two brands offer complementary ranges of axial and centrifugal fans to meet the ventilation needs of a wide range of applications. Air is our element!

Ecofit

ECOFIT is the historic brand of industrial fans from the Vendôme production plant. Founded in 1976, ECOFIT has developed its own brand of fans with external rotors. It offers a wide range of fans:
 

Axial fans

Available in AC (alternating current), DC (direct current) and EC (electronically commutated) versions. These axial fans are available with a wide range of mounting options. These fans draw in and expel air in parallel. The direction of air flow depends on the direction of rotation of the axial fan.
 

Centrifugal fans

Centrifugal fans draw air from the center of the impeller and expel it at right angles to the air inlet.
 

Forward fans

These fans discharge air in the same direction as the impeller rotation. The air is drawn into the impeller through the volute outlet(s) surrounding the impeller. Centrifugal fans are available in single-inlet and double-inlet versions. Single inlet fans draw air from one side of the impeller, while double inlet fans draw air from both sides of the impeller. Centrifugal fans are available in AC and EC versions.
 

Cross flow fans

These are action turbines assembled lengthwise on an AC motor in a scroll. Tangential fans are often used in hot-air curtains.

 

Backward fans

These fans discharge the intake air in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the impeller. The air drawn from the center of the impeller exits at the sides of the impeller. Centrifugal backward fans are available as modules for easy integration into the equipment to be ventilated. They are available in AC, DC and EC versions.
 

Hot air fans

These centrifugal fans are specially designed to convey hot air.
 

ECOFIT brand fans are used in a wide variety of applications, including HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and the cooling of machines and other installations.
ECOFIT focuses on EC technology. This allows the speed of the fans to be controlled, adapting the airflow to the ventilation requirement in real time. This technology is a great way to save energy and reduce your carbon footprint.

Etri

ETRI is a brand of fans created in the Paris region in 1945. It was acquired by our company in 2002. Initially specialized in electronics cooling, it has since developed a wide range of industrial fans:
 

Compact axial fans

Compact axial fans are very useful for providing high airflow while occupying minimum space in the application. Axial fans draw in and expel air in parallel. We also offer an assembly of compact ETRI axial fans in racks to multiply ventilation capacity while facilitating integration and equipment maintenance. These fans are available in AC (alternating current) and DC (direct current) versions.
 

High Performance axial fans

High Performance fans are designed to operate in harsh environments. These include shock, vibration and high humidity. They are available in AC and DC versions.
 

AC 400Hz axial fans

AC 400Hz fans are particularly suitable for ventilating embedded systems, such as those used in aeronautics.

 

AC centrifugal fans

Centrifugal fans are useful when static pressure is high.
 

ETRI brand fans are used in a multitude of applications. Compact axial fans, for example, are ideal for cooling electronics, thanks to their compact size and high air flow rate.
High-performance fans are used in railway applications, where the fan may be subjected to high shock and vibration loads, or even voltage peaks.
400Hz fans are also widely used in aeronautical on-board systems that use this type of electrical network. ETRI is increasingly developing 28VDC (28V direct current) high-performance fan solutions. The use of this type of fan is increasing in on-board systems.
ETRI fans are also used in the food industry, which can be a demanding environment, requiring specially adapted characteristics.
