The manufacture of a fan requires a succession of operations. Each stage is important, and our professions are highly diversified. Our teams work together with the primary aim of satisfying our customers.
Rosenberg Vendôme employs 160 people in the design of ECOFIT and ETRI fans, and the production of ECOFIT fans.

Research and Development Working closely with our technical sales staff, our Research and Development department defines and qualifies motors and fans throughout your project. Thanks to our technical know-how, we create efficient, energy-saving ventilation solutions to maintain indoor air quality or optimally cool equipment.
Purchasing and SupplyThis department carefully selects components and suppliers to meet the required levels of quality, cost and lead time.
Methods This department defines the resources, production rates and locations required to manufacture our fans as efficiently as possible.
Quality The Quality Department is responsible for ensuring that our products comply with the strictest quality standards. It constantly monitors and improves our quality system, checking incoming goods and finished products. It is committed to processing our customers' quality requests as quickly as possible, to ensure their satisfaction in the realization of their projects.
ProductionThe manufacture of a fan is the heart of our business. It begins with the winding, the electrical part of the motor. The winding consists of a bare or overmolded stator and a winding of copper wires. Next comes the Wiring stage. This involves connecting the output wires of the winding to the cable wires to enable them to be connected to the final fan application. Machining shapes the mechanical parts needed to mount the motors. Balancing eliminates motor vibrations to avoid any risk to the fan's final application. Assembly is the very last stage before checking and shipping the fan.
MaintenanceMaintenance implements corrective and preventive actions to ensure optimal working conditions.
LogisticsOur warehouse receives components, supplies our production lines, prepares customer orders, packages parts and manages transport.

Subcontracting
A subcontracting plant in Tunisia, employing 40 people, manufactures ETRI fans. With over 20 years' experience, this plant specializes in precision mechanical subcontracting, assembly, winding, wiring and mounting of motors and fans.
