Today, we would like to highlight a department dedicated to supporting you: the Sales Administration Department (ADV).
The Strength of Experience and Loyalty
Within our Sales Administration Department, most team members have built careers spanning over a decade. Murielle, with 21 years of experience at Rosenberg Vendôme, is a perfect example. She works alongside Emilie, who has been with us for 13 years, and Mylène and Isabelle, who are both celebrating 10 years of service to our customers. Anaïs joined the team three years ago.
The many years of experience of our Sales Administration team members ensure in-depth knowledge of our processes and a strong understanding of our customers’ needs worldwide.
A Smooth Transition with Preserved Expertise
The month of March will mark an important milestone for our team with Murielle’s retirement. To ensure continuity, we have carefully anticipated this transition.
Starting in April, Murielle’s customers will be supported by Anaïs, Emilie, Mylène or Isabelle, depending on geographical areas.
A Key Role Between Production and Customer Satisfaction
The Sales Administration Department is much more than a simple administrative service. It ensures the smooth processing of our customers’ orders. While our Sales Administration Assistants handle order entry and forecasts, their role goes far beyond that:
- Production Interface: They coordinate with production to secure the best possible lead times according to customer requirements and monitor production progress.
- Purchasing Department: They are in contact with purchasing to ensure components are available on time for fan manufacturing.
- Logistics: They work closely with the shipping department and carriers to guarantee on-time deliveries, confirm pickup dates, and monitor transit times.
- Language Skills: Thanks to their knowledge in English, Spanish, and German, they facilitate communication with customers.
- Commercial Responsiveness: They handle your price requests and collaborate closely with our technical sales representatives (Stéphane, Thomas, Claudie and David) for projects requiring technical assessment.
The long-standing experience of our Sales Administration team at Rosenberg Vendôme enables us to maintain stable and personalized relationships with our customers.
