Portrait of Angélique

Angélique Gauthier began her career with us 18 years ago when the company was still called ECOFIT. 

She represents the expertise and commitment that characterise our teams in the manufacture of our industrial centrifugal and axial fans. Now team leader for AC and EC assembly, she ensures the performance, quality and cohesion of her sector on a daily basis.
 

A rich and evolving career path
Before joining the industry, Angélique began her career in the restaurant business after completing an apprenticeship in service. The birth of her first child prompted her to reorient her career path towards an environment that offered a better balance between her professional and family life: the industry.
She joined ECOFIT as a temporary worker before being hired on a permanent contract.
Angélique has gradually progressed within the company:
- She first spent seven years assembling fans.
- In 2015, she became a production line manager for our EC (electronic commutation) fans.
- In 2022, she took on the role of line supervisor.
- In 2024, she became AC and EC assembly team leader, a position she currently holds.
 

A key role in production organisation
As team leader, Angélique organises and distributes work among her teams, ensuring that product quality, deadlines, production targets, budgets and safety rules are met.
She also guarantees the cohesion of her team and ensures that optimal performance levels are maintained.
Her main responsibilities include:
- Distributing tasks to be completed in order to meet production deadlines,
- Coordinating and leading the team,
- Daily communication with the procurement, logistics, quality and other production departments.
 

A fast-paced and motivating job
What does she appreciate most about her job? The diversity.
No two days are alike and there is constant action: an ideal environment for her dynamic personality. Daily challenges and meeting objectives are real sources of motivation for her.

According to Angélique, being a team leader in assembly requires:

A vision focused on continuous learning
Angélique is not considering immediate career advancement because she wants to continue building her skills. Curious and motivated, she remains open to opportunities when she feels she has gained enough experience to take the next step.
